3rd AGM - 23rd October 2005
The Sleeping Giant Foundation's 3rd
AGM took place on Sunday 23rd October. Attendees were
updated with presentations of each of the current projects.
These included Tourism, Festivals & Events, Oral
History/Heritage, Financial and New Media. These concluded
with the showing of the pilot DVD from our New Media
Studio which was very well received. The
attendees were also treated to wonderful home made cakes,
sandwiches and snacks.
The minutes from the last AGM and financial
report were accepted and Directors were elected for
the coming year. The SGF welcomes new members and anyone
who has interest in becoming a member of the Board.
The SGF will continue with its main
themes of community regeneration through the medium
of heritage, tourism and new media.
